Opis epizode
In this clip, I opened up with a guest about a topic that touches a nerve, but is too important to be swept under the rug: woke as a project that enters through education.
The guest explains a concept that is often summed up in one sentence: “the long march through institutions” — the idea that change is no longer done on the street, but from within: through colleges, professions, curricula, and employment criteria.
We also mention the specific historical “architects” of this approach:
* Herbert Marcuse and his thesis about entering institutions
* Paulo Freire and the model where education is transformed into a tool for the political interpretation of reality
* Henry Giroux as a name associated with the spread of “critical pedagogy” through teacher training colleges
What I found particularly interesting (and frankly – disturbing) is this practical consequence that the guest describes:
any subject can become an excuse for a political message.
Math, reading, biology… everything can slip from learning facts to training in the “correct” attitude.
At the end of the conversation, we connect it to today's concepts and practices — from "culturally relevant education" to the DEI framework — and the bigger picture: how education forms the cadre that later fills the media, law, medicine, and politics.
If you want to understand the mechanism (not just the label) — this clip is a good entry point.

(Institutions love a "silent" audience. I don't really.)
