A New Zagreb Quake Warning for 2027 — Preparedness or Panic?

Donate: https://www.buymeacoffee.com/slobodnipoI In this highlight, Jucelino Nóbrega da Luz claims he contacted Croatia’s Health Minister Vili Beroš two months before the Zagreb earthquake, saying he predicted the exact day — and even details such as the quake’s strength, epicenter, and the fall of part of Zagreb Cathedral. He says he received only a diplomatic response. He then issues a new warning: the possibility of another major earthquake in Zagreb on March 16, 2027, which he describes as extremely strong. He also raises concerns about potential risk to the Krško nuclear power plant, stressing that his goal is not to spread panic, but to encourage preparedness — or even to reduce harm. This clip sits at the intersection of prediction claims, public responsibility, and how societies respond to warnings.
